Product details
Improve your visibility when reversing with this AHD reversing camera, designed for Android head units, multimedia displays and compatible in-car screens. Available in 720P or 1080P Full HD, it delivers a clear, detailed image that is significantly sharper than conventional analogue cameras.
High-Definition AHD Image
Excellent Image Quality
AHD – Analog High Definition – technology provides significantly greater clarity and detail when connected to a compatible Android head unit.
Choose your resolution:
- AHD 720P: 1280 × 720 pixels
- AHD 1080P: 1920 × 1080 pixels – Full HD
The high-definition image makes vehicles, obstacles, kerbs and parking spaces easier to identify, particularly on larger Android displays of 9, 10 inches and above.
170° Wide Viewing Angle
Reduce Blind Spots
The 170° wide-angle glass lens provides an extended view behind the vehicle, helping reduce blind spots and making it easier to understand your surroundings during parking manoeuvres.
Ideal for:
- Narrow parking spaces
- Driveways and garages
- Urban parking
- Larger vehicles
Low-Light Visibility
The camera is designed to provide useful rear visibility even in lower-light conditions, helping when parking at night or in underground car parks.
Suitable for:
- Underground car parks
- Garages
- Night-time parking
- Poorly lit environments
Parking Guidelines
When supported by your Android head unit, the camera display can show parking guidelines to help you judge the vehicle's position during reversing and parking manoeuvres.
When reverse gear is engaged, the display can automatically switch to the reversing-camera view where supported by your head unit.
Durability & Flexible Installation
IP68 Waterproof Housing
Designed for exterior installation, the camera features an IP68-rated housing that protects it against rain, water, dust and normal road conditions.
Its compact design allows discreet installation:
- Around the number plate
- On the boot handle
- On the rear bumper
- Other suitable rear mounting points
Adjustable Viewing Angle
The supplied metal mounting bracket allows you to adjust the viewing angle after installation. Position the camera for the best rear view, then secure the bracket once the desired angle has been achieved.
Cables & Compatibility
6-Metre RCA Video Cable
The kit includes an RCA video cable approximately 6 metres long, providing enough length to connect the rear of the vehicle to a head unit installed in the dashboard.
An approximately 1.5-metre power cable is also included for connection to a 12V power source, typically the reversing-light circuit.
Compatible with Android Head Units
This camera is suitable for:
- Android head units
- Android multimedia displays
- AHD-compatible displays
- Reversing-camera monitors
Check compatibility with your chosen camera resolution. A 1080P camera requires an AHD 1080P-compatible input.

Why Choose an AHD Reversing Camera?
Compared with a conventional analogue camera, AHD technology provides a noticeably sharper and more detailed image when paired with a compatible head unit.
This is particularly useful on modern Android displays of 9, 10 inches and above, where lower-resolution camera feeds can appear blurred or pixelated.
Important Compatibility Information
Please check that your Android head unit supports the resolution of the camera you select.
An AHD 1080P camera requires a head unit that supports AHD 1080P video input. If your head unit supports only 720P, choose the 720P version.
Not sure which version to choose? Send us a photo of your head unit showing the System Information or Factory Settings screen and our team can help verify compatibility before you order.
