Malheureusement, le produit présentait des problèmes de gel, de blocage et de redémarrage fréquents. Ensuite, il y a eu un souci au démarrage. On dirait que c'est une fausse RAM ou un logiciel non testé. Le support du vendeur est vraiment mauvais ; ils répondent tardivement et sans solutions. J'ai téléchargé la preuve du problème sur Google Drive et j'ai contacté Express pour retirer le produit et rembourser le montant. Merci, mais je demande toujours au vendeur le remboursement de la facture douanière élevée pour un produit qui ne m'a pas fonctionné un seul jour.
Dès que je l'ai sorti de l'emballage, un condensateur est tombé de la carte de contrôle AC. Quoi qu'il en soit, je l'ai remonté et j'ai découvert que ça rendait l'AC inutilisable. J'ai contacté le vendeur et lui ai montré des photos de la pièce manquante. Il a essayé de me manipuler pour me faire croire que ma voiture ne fonctionne pas, alors que j'ai prouvé qu'il y avait un bon contact et que mon climatisation fonctionne avec l'unité centrale d'origine. AliExpress a même dit que montrer littéralement la carte endommagée n'était pas une preuve suffisante, et peu importe combien de vidéos je leur ai envoyées pour prouver que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas avec cette unité centrale à cause des dommages de transport, je n'ai obtenu qu'un remboursement partiel. Maintenant, je me retrouve avec un autoradio qui rend ma voiture inutilisable. Après des jours d'échanges avec le vendeur, il n'a rien fait pour régler le problème et, malgré les preuves claires que j'ai fournies à AliExpress, ils ont refusé de croire que l'appareil était défectueux. Merci à tous, je n'utiliserai plus jamais AliExpress après cette interaction.
Bonne qualité d'image. J'ai installé l'antenne sur le GPS et il se connecte aux satellites, mais Maps ne localise pas. L'écran météo ne fonctionne pas, il ne peut être utilisé qu'avec les boutons du panneau, mais il faut deviner la vitesse à laquelle il fonctionne.
Il avait l'air superbe, offre un très bon son, facile à installer, tous ses accessoires sont complets, et ses performances sont excellentes.
Il leur manque seulement 2 clips de fixation au bas de l'autoradio, je les ai pris de mon autre autoradio.
