Do I need to replace my factory screen?
No. This is an interface module that adds smartphone functions to a compatible original display. It is not a replacement Android screen or complete radio.
Are CarPlay and Android Auto both wireless?
Yes. This version supports wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with compatible smartphones. Check your phone’s requirements for wireless operation.
How do I know whether I have Bosch or Harman?
Send us your model, production year and a clear photo of the original home screen and surrounding buttons. The clock or menu layout can help identification, but similar dashboards can use different hardware.
Will I keep my factory navigation and cameras?
Feature retention depends on the exact interface and vehicle. Some Bosch configurations use the original navigation display channel, so factory navigation must be checked rather than assumed. Tell us which camera, parking and vehicle-information functions you want to retain.
Can I install it myself?
Fitting requires dashboard access, correct wiring and audio configuration. We recommend professional installation. Use the linked guide to understand the process, together with the instructions supplied for your kit.
Does the model year alone confirm compatibility?

Everything works, I had to dance around with the switches a bit. It's been working without problems for 10 days, I'll update if anything goes wrong.

Everything is great, I installed the unit on an Evoque L538. The car does not have a standard navigation system, and CarPlay did not work after the first connection. I contacted support using the number provided in the instructions, and they advised that I needed to activate pin 6 on the device, after which everything started working. Then a problem arose that the music switch buttons on the steering wheel were not working. I also contacted support, the issue was resolved, they sent a video with instructions on how to adjust the settings of the unit itself, and after that everything worked perfectly. Nothing crashes, everything connects automatically and works flawlessly. I recommend it!

Bought for RR Evoque 2013 (Bosch). The order arrived in 9 days. I installed it myself using a video, but from a different manufacturer. This manufacturer has a video for another machine. You can find what you need by the model of your car and the phrase carplay. The video details how to remove the panel and central tunnel. The additional module itself is placed at the bottom of the tunnel. But for the settings, I already had to use the original video. Connected both iPhone and Samsung (Android). I couldn't start the mirror, but I don't need it anyway. For Yandex Navigator, it turned out that a Yandex Plus subscription was needed for it to launch on the screen. Or use other cards, for example Google.

This works well, the age of the standard screen holds it back a bit but the kit is great. There are a few videos online installing similar units and they are a great help. I had mine installed inside 2 hours after delivery.
